What is a Full Home Inspection?
Regular Full Home
Warranty & New Construction
A full home inspection is a thorough evaluation of a property’s major systems, including the roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, typically performed when buying or selling a home. It provides a detailed report on the property’s condition to help buyers and homeowners make informed decisions about repairs or maintenance. A warranty inspection, on the other hand, is conducted before a new home’s builder warranty expires, usually around the 11-month mark. It identifies any defects or issues covered under the builder's warranty, allowing homeowners to address problems before the warranty period ends. Both inspections ensure the home is safe and in good condition, focusing on different stages of homeownership.
What's included?

What to expect day of inspection?
The inspection typically lasts between 2-4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. During this time, the inspector will perform a thorough examination of the accessible areas of the home, using modern tools and techniques to ensure nothing is overlooked.
On-Site Walkthrough: You are welcome to attend the inspection. This is an excellent opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the home’s systems and condition.
Detailed Report: After the inspection, you’ll receive a comprehensive, easy-to-read report detailing the findings, complete with photos and explanations of any issues or recommendations.
Open Communication: Your inspector will walk you through the report and be available to discuss any concerns or questions you may have, ensuring that you fully understand the home’s condition.
